OLD MILL CREEK ADDITION When the client bought this ranch they were downsizing, but that didn’t mean they wanted to compromise their wish list. So we renovated almost the entire house, which included three small additions. We added to the master suite, allowing for an enhanced bath and closet and a private three-season room; we added on to the front of the house increasing the size of the dining room and allowing the cathedral ceiling of the living room to extend to the outside of the house; and we added a third car to the garage with a separate dog entry. Most importantly we opened up the living, dining and kitchen giving our clients the large casual living space they desired.
