NORTHBROOK RENOVATION The client was a couple with young children. Being in a construction related business, they knew exactly what they wanted. The existing dining room became the kitchen, the existing kitchen was divided between the new kitchen and laundry, and the existing living room became the dining room. The entire back of the house was opened up and windows were added for additional light. The powder room was enlarged and reappointed, and new cabinetry was added to every room. On the second floor a bath was added over part of the two-story foyer and the other two baths were completely renovated.
